We encourage and invite each member of our Glenn Street Family to join a Small Group.

At Small Group, you have the opportunity to build relationships with others in your church family. It is a safe place to voice your concerns and needs because we agree to keep anything shared confidential.

At Small Group, you have the opportunity to study God's Word in an open and relaxing environment. Studies are designed to help you apply God's Word to your life and help you grow in your Christian faith.

Small Groups are also a great place to invite unchurched friends and neighbors who are looking for answers. Group members will welcome those who are seeking for spiritual wisdom.

At Glenn Street, we extend a hand of friendship and love and invite you to join the Small Group that fits your needs and schedule.

Join up today.

History of Small Groups at Glenn Street Church

Small Groups at Glenn Street Church began during the spring of 2004 when as a church we participated in "Forty Days of Purpose." As we explored Rick Warren's "Purpose Driven Life", we were also exploring the role of a small group in our lives and in the life of our church.

Here at Glenn Street Church, we have always believed that every Christian needs a spiritual church family. At the end of this campaign, we found that our small groups had become "our nuclear spiritual family". We did not want to give them up.

Groups have continued to grow and become a vital element in the live of our church. They provide a safe place for people to share their life struggles; a place where they are cared for, prayed for, nurtured, and challenged. They are also a place where we can study and work together to grow in the faith and to reach out to others.

The makeup of our Small Groups is diverse. They meet at various times and places. We extend a hand of welcome to newcomers in all of our small groups. We encourage you to find the group that fits your needs.
